well it would be a bit skewed since some maps have been around much longers than others... there was someone int he general forum who did a good job with the popular map stats

this is from week to week which is a nice idea?
but any one have data from all time use? the top 5 to 7 maps used the most ever on here?

I agree with this idea. It would be nice to have some more eyes looking over the new maps. Hulmey, thats a good idea about it being in the General discussion....
there could also be a link to maps in development with it so that we could encourage GD posters to visit the forum and assist with discussion more.
