In round 20, it was close but green was likely ahead (only three of us left). He suicided everything he had onto me to throw the game to green:

I don't have screenshots unfortunately, but he repeatedly suicided to kill full stacks on territory Purple-D. You can see how he ended up with far fewer armies than anyone else on a bonus.
