He repeatedly suicided on me to throw games this round of the tournament.
The most egregious was in Game 22540111:
In the last round (20), I was clearly ahead and on track to win:
He proceeded to suicide his entire stack onto me to throw the game:
I'll briefly go through the other examples. Game 22540108
In round 20, it was close but green was likely ahead (only three of us left). He suicided everything he had onto me to throw the game to green:

I don't have screenshots unfortunately, but he repeatedly suicided to kill full stacks on territory Purple-D. You can see how he ended up with far fewer armies than anyone else on a bonus.
