Comments: Zkittles missed the first 2 turns, dropped all of his units next to me, completely focused his efforts on attacking me, and continued attacking me even after risklover80 was clearly in the lead. Missed several turns in the game, all ensuring risklover80 would win... then DBed completely. Clearly, blatantly, and purposely ruined the game.

I can agree that it does look suspicious but for now, I can only log this report in his profile to serve as reference in case he gets reported again for allegedly throwing the game to another player. Feel free to rate him accordingly and/or put him in your Foe list.
