On your North Italy minimap, V6 is named wrong.
On the full image the territory is named V4, but on the minimap version it is named V6.

I didn't have time to read up on this thread but I still don't agree with the bright white stroke around terr names, I believe it is just overkill for the sake of visability. I think it could be greatly reduced and made alot more sutle without ruining the readability of terr names.
Thats my main issue right now, I would like a little more discussion on the stroke before I stamp this map.

OK i will give you several small examples of diferent profiles of strokes,if you agree with that.
