I like the idea if it's simple to implement; give an option to auto completely, to 2, or to 3? Would be good for assaults as well as bombards.

this was suggested YEARS ago and i think it was too hard to implement. i was more interested in the aspect of, say, stopping my losses at 12, but i get what you are saying. it would be awesome, but i really do think it was too hard to implement.-Bj

I guess it depends on the stack sizes, but maybe you could an input to stop at once you've taken so many or lost so many.

Digging this suggestion up from the 2006 graveyard to point out it's been a while since it's been suggested. I suggested something similar in another post recently that might be easier to implement and that won't take much space, keeping it clean.
