Log Enhancement: light up territory on mouseover

When a territory name is hovered over in the log, light it up on the map.
Specifics/Details:
We have similar functionality already in place for "Zones" on the Stats panel.
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
On large maps players can quickly hover over a territory in the log (perhaps one of theirs that was just conquered, or they want to see where the last player deployed or fortified troops) and quickly find it on the map.
