Make campaigns more obvious from Join Games page

On the Join Games page there are the following options:
1. Join a casual game - which is where we begin - thats a good start point.
2. Private Games - which you cannot join unless you have an invite or at least a password.
3. Tournament games - which you cannot join because you must first join by posting in the tournament thread - although there is a link to the availaable tournaments page.
4. Speed Games - OK, we can join casual or speed games here.
5. Battle Royale Speed Games - which are not there often and are usually accessed by the banner next to monthly challenges.
The Tournaments page lists Auto and Community run tournaments but not campaigns.
The campaigns page (which can only be accessed via a different link) does show autotournaments.
Simply add a campaigns button to the Join Games page.
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

It will make the community aware that campaigns exist (many are unaware) and can be fun
