AUTO ACCEPT GAME FOR PLAYER SET UP TOURNAMENTS

Concise description: For player set up tournaments make it so that the players who have joined the tournament auto accept all game invites to the tournament.

Specifics/Details: If players auto accept the invite it would make running tournaments so much easier. Plus, if both players auto accept the invitation at the same time it would allow for Fog Rules implementation.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments: More Tournaments & Better quality tournaments (less hold ups by players not accpeting invites, less FOW squabbles) = A better playing experience for the player and in turn that equals more paying players,
