Give better explanations of why a player gets banned, forum banned or any other kind of punishment.

This will help the comunity have more information on what the infractions are and why punishments are delivered.

The ones who get bans already get notified. If they dont know why, they can contact the admin via e ticket process thats already established.

We are not going to keep opening new threads everywhere regarding these bans. Those in question can contact the admin.
