Although King Achilles has inexplicably banned Scott permanently for communicating, He still updated the rankings to include CL14.

I agree, well done Scott! (and I'm saying this as someone that doesn't really like *any* list where my name isn't in it..
However this is CC lore & canon, and it should be preserved & kept up to date!
