TNC vs 1RFG (23-19/42) TNC WIN! [FINAL]

Postby TheSaxlad on Mon Apr 11, 2011 4:36 pm

1RFG have challenged TNC to a war and we have accepted! Here are the Rules:

Rounds
2 Rounds, Each Clan has their Home Games in one set each, 1RFG has allowed TNC to have their Home games first so TNC will go first followed by 1RFG.

The games will be in the format of 7 dubs,7 trips, 7 quads per round.

No Map can be used more than 3 times in a set.

I'll take TNC in this one. I won't predict by how many.

Why the name change?

Due to the fact that the 4th Crusade slaughtered a lot of innocent people and we decided we didnt want to be associated with the brutal murder and sack of constaninople. It was an innocent mistake put right.

Although as LaughingCavalier put it, the first thing we did as a new clan was to kill a greek. Oh the irony! :)

We'll see in the upcoming games... We're equipped with black powder while they're meandering about on horseback, even yet!

Good luck, everyone in the New Crusade. Enjoy the war and, most importantly, have fun. :D

I issued privs for the war, but to be medal eligible you will need to add a tiebreaker game. You don't have to play it, but you need to have a way to determine a winner

A War must be of a minimum 41 games, and must have a specific defined process for determining a winner, prior to the start of the War. A random triples neutral game is recommended.

There is a tiebreaker game included - it will be the 1st Regiment of Foot Guards' selection, one game. SaxLad included that in the post. It'll actually be 42 games and then the tiebreaker, if it's necessary.

The New Crusade has unlimited possibilities because it is undefined. We could be crusaders for selling ice cream.... who knows? We know, but we're not telling. :o

Looking forward to many good battles... enjoy. O:)

little strange that experience doesn count, well ok, if you think that, but still im stay behind mine last statement, that TNC have more EXPERIENCE , and have more chance for win then 1RFG. If your clan win,im right, but if you lost, then im wrong.

edit: Your clan play against very strong clans, and from these chalenge you collect some experience, and after some 5-6-7 chalenges against all these opponent, you need to learn something. If you say that experience not count, then your clan will not going to have any future, because without learning and gaining experience, you are close to be disbanded.
How do we win against T4C? We had luck or we had experience in clan chalenges?
Our clan had over 500 games in chalenges, league and cup, and all players have experience in these kind of competition. Belive me experience are very importan thing,

Of course it counts for something, but you can't base a victory solely off experience.

Think of when the clan system first started; no one had experience in team games etc. and it was just skill.

i have a question... since the Foot Guards used a KNOWN multi for their games (general brock made comments on the multis wall about his name THIS TIME), who was kicked for violationg the rules (BlueBell) does that clan have to forfeit the challenge? is this something JP needs to be asked about? just wondering...-the black jesus

p.s.-it was unearthed in this thread viewtopic.php?f=5&t=143433&view=unread#unread

Well at the very least i would think the offending team should forfeit all games that the multi's played in, and if General Brock knowingly used multi's in his clan then he should forfeit his position as leader of a clan.

I definitely think that game should be forfeited and declared a TNC win.
