With three undecided games still going, Risk Attackers have claimed victory over the VDLL by winning their 22nd game of 43.

Congratulations, RA! This has been an awesome war, with some great games played by both clans. I'm impressed by some of the strategic moves I've seen in games with RA, but also feel a great sense of pride, because the VDLL has given them a serious run for their money. This was no walkover, whatsoever.

According to the outcome of the only earlier clanwar between us, it seems that in 8 years time the players of both clans have drastically changed, but the proportion of strategic power that lies within our clans hasn't changed much.

RA 30 - 25 VDLL in 2011
Something along those numbers in 2019.
It's been a pleasure!

PS. And a big round of applause for VioIet for being just as bad in making deadlines and other organizational stuff, as I am. I really felt we understood each other and shared the idea of "CC is just a game, we'll see how much spare time goes into it".
PPS. Which makes it only appropriate to apologize towards both the tourney organizer Caymanmew and the CD's that were involved. Cayman, you did a wonderful job with this special tournament, in which the VDLL actually stood a chance. I'll try harder to fill/create games in time, should a similar situation occur. Your patience and enthusiasm is great appreciated! ;)

Tournament privileges removed, databases updated, medals issued.

This war has been completed, and this topic has been MOVED.
