I've never done forearm training...its an utter waste of time.

I haven't taken gear for over a decade.

I have some of my own equipment, Texas Deadlift bar, and some large dumbbells (insert joke here) I keep at the gym where I train.

some of your own equipment? was there an accident?
since you no longer take gear, do you give it to other people?

I am in the gym 6 days a week and I compete. I do not do any forearm isolation work.

i will elect not to translate the comment about taking/giving gear, as i believe i am allowed to not have to translate everything.
