As all of you know, one of the big "keys" to CR@W v1 was that we were trying to achieve anonymity so some clans wouldn't pick on others just assuming they could win because they were a weaker clan.
However, as games were played and the game went on for sometime it became clear there were "other ways" to figure out which House was which Clan, etc. Lifting a layer of anonymousness that was hoped for in the game design...well, v2 that will all change
Now that its been tested and the bugs worked out, I feel fairly confident I can announce this and that it'll come to fruition:
ALL CR@W Games will be fully anonymous!
You won't know what player you are facing in battle, and you won't be able to secretly look through game finder as some people did previously
in order to piece together what clan you are fighting, or which Lord / Starship you are fighting! We have gone to great lengths to preserve clans ability to hide who they are!
Now diplomacy will be the
only way to find out what clan the faction you just met is!
As part of this process to make this happen, the only way we could make it work was to also make games
not scored, meaning you don't have to risk any of your personal points
to participate in CR@W on games / maps you might not know as well.
Special thanks to catnipdreams, who brought us this suggestion (our very first suggestion given for v1!) to our attention for v2.

Hopefully everyone enjoys this feature, as we went thru a lot of time and effort to get this done (as well as the meta map). Another Special thanks to BigWham for committing development time to this project, and groovysmurf for helping me test the feature.
