Thanks for the script!

My clanmate uses Chrome and doesn't have greasemonkey for chrome. I'm forgetting how to make your user scripts work for chrome? He was not able to get 1.0.2 to work yet.

Hi, I too cannot get Conquer Club - Clan Tools 1.0.2 to work in Google Chrome (Version 38.0.2084.0 canary).

Let me know what additional information you may need.

Thanks

I love this tool but it keeps telling me there is a new update available. Can you squash that bug?

latest version is 1.0.2
there could be that it asks to install that version. as i have 0 knowledge in websites i had a hard time setting up the tools site. the problem was in the cache. but i think ive fixed it now. its just that ppl would have to clear the cache before the fix helps.

I just reinstalled Chrome with Tampermonkey, and 2 other script in addition to this one (Clickable map & map inspect), those both work but not the "Clan Tool" script...Tampermonkey shows it in the dashboard and also shows is activated (I see a little "1" in the Tampermonkey icon).

I'm using Chrome.

Any idea? does it the script down for maintenance?

But you might work if you add the settings manually.

If you are using Chrome Press Ctrl+Shift+J to get to the console.
Press "Application"
Press "Local Storage" on the left side
Find the key "CC.ClanToolsPref"
Edit the Values s{"userid":"471324","clanfix":"DBD","clanid":"193294","clanforum":"860"} (clanfix is the short for your clan; clanid is the id for the clan. should work with tribes also ((Maybe)); and clanforum is the forum number like this forum is "526" (Third-Party Tools & Enhancements).

If you want 2 versions of clantools you need to save a new copy of the script with a different name. and then Change the lines where it says it saves and loads from "ClanToolsPref" to something like "TribeToolsPref" or something and then you need to manually input the values there OR you could edit a variable in the script.

do you know a way?

Not sure if you still care, but nowadays it's easy enough. I played around a bit with the code and got it to work.

Code: Select all

for( var i = 0; i < teamplayers.length; i++){
                if(userid != teamplayers[i].childNodes[0].nodeValue) {
                    pmforminner += '<input type="hidden" name="address_list[u]['+ teamplayers[i].childNodes[0].nodeValue +']"
                                         value="bcc"/>';
                }
}

Changelist:
- Changed the limit of the for-loop in spite of the comment saying the below code was necessary, because otherwise the first player would still be in 'to' and I couldnt understand why.
- Changed 'value="to"' to "bcc"
