I will make a new version of ConquerTell with the following:
What else is wanted? Let me know and if there is enough need I add it.

Could you give it an auto-login function?
And then along with counting turns there could be an icon that notifies you if you have new PMs waiting for you.

I thought this idea had been turned down:

pretty much no...

The problem is that your PM's require a log in - which is outside of ConquerTells use (means having to manage passwords etc).
If the RSS Feed had your number of PMs I could include it.... or if there was any other way of requesting a users number of unread messages without logging in....

yeah... I'm fed up with clicking refresh for 10 minutes for a game to start... it would be cool if I could do something else in the meantime and have it tell me as soon as the game started

When it asks you for your username, you could also include a box for password.
and have it automatically log you in whenever you start up firefox.
that'd be amazing.

It'd be nice if there was a different color notifier when it was about to be your turn in freestyle games; like in the last 10 minutes before the timeout, or if the last player of the round was playing their turn. I would expect this would be a pretty easy thing to implement, but what do I know?

Just have Firefox remember your username and password.
Besides, it could increase illegal usage of your account by evil family members/friends.

my firefox does do that.
But including auto-login in the ConquerTell script would allow for it to check my PMs and tell me when I get new ones.

The RSS feed only give the time till the next turn - unfortunately not time till _your_ next turn. Pity, that would be a great idea!
