I think I know 3 of the 4 figures and the approximate location, but I can't quite pin it down.

Hannibal, Ceasar, and Napoleon all made famous trips through Northern Italy, crossing the Alps in Piedmont.

Ceasar was stabbed soon afterwards ("would soon feel a sharp pain in their side")

Hannibal died of extreme fever ("would soon feel very, very hot")

Napoleon, the epitome of treachery, would violate every single treaty he ever signed (thus "would end up isolated from the known world")

All three had similar but not identical routes, and I can't find any location which is known to be on all three routes. Unless, the location is a fairly broad category, like "Alps" or "Po River" or "Piedmont" or "Northern Italy."

The identity of the fourth person also eludes me. Charles VIII and Louis XI also had interesting Alpine crossing in the Piedmont. However, aside from history buffs, neither are particularly famous. If the location is "St. Bernard Pass" then I suppose it could be St. Bernard himself, but while Napoleon and Charles travelled through the St. Bernard and Hannibal might have, Ceasar definitely did not. I suppose it could be Garibaldi, who made the Piedmont famous again after it had temporarily become insignificant.

The Fourth Person is Hitler...It is not for nothing...not to mention anyone could have found the answer I am about to give,...WIKI...where Joan of Ark was captured...And it was Armistice Day,you wonder why very few posted in The prayer thread, must of been to much work...
-------The Answer...The Compiegne Forrest...or Train Car 2419D would of also been accepted :D :D :D
--------The Compiegne Forrest ---Oise,Picardie(Cpt.Picrard Starfleet),France...
Clue 1---Compiegne comes from the Roman name of Compendium...meaning "SHORT CUT"
Clue 2,3...
1)Julius Caesar defeated the Bellovaci in the Forrest
2)Joan of Ark was captured in the Forrest,if anyone of you know it alls bothered to look...
3)Napoleon restored a Palace in The Forrest, where he meet Josephine and went there to plan his battles...
4) Not only because it was Veteran's Day ,if it was a snake it would of bit people on the ASS.......The end of the 1st World War was signed in a TRAIN CAR(YOU KNOW/ON THE RIGHT TRACK...cough...cough)......In The Forrest......WHEN FRANCE SURRENDERED TO HITLER,HE MADE THEM SIGN IN THE SAME SPOT...DOUBLING DOWN ON THAT SPOT IN HISTORY...Hitler then destroyed the War memorial there for WWI...HE THEN TOOK THE TRAIN CAR 2419D back to Germany,in April 1945,when the Germans knew they were going to lose,THEY DESTROYED THE TRAIN CAR...
------------YES,TO MUCH WORK,FOR A RIDDLE ON VETERAN'S DAY... ... ConfederateSS.out!(The Blue and Silver Rebellion)...
