Is there an app?

I think I heard there was one, but I wasn't listening since I don't have a smartphone. But, now I'm thinking about buying one, and was wondering whether it's better to have an iPhone, some sort of Android, or something else. Thanks.

Best smart phone is the Huawei, which runs Android.
