Do you receive the continent bonus in a team game if your team occupies the whole continent? or do you have to hold it as a individual player?\

In the case of the latter do i attack my teammate or do i have to tell him im doing it or anything?

Single person needs to hold; your teammate needs to trf his armies to you or vice versa to assist in this endeavor.....use the peivate team chat in the game chat liberally.....good luck!
