I don't believe registration order is a fair tiebreaker. Tiebreakers should be based on games played, not who signs up in the thread first.

You'll need to adjust your tiebreakers. If there is still a tie after points and games won, have the tied teams play a tie-breaking game.

I know tie breaker is a bit random, but this time I don't think we'll have to use it too many times and everybody knows it in advance. I just don't feel like waiting one month or more for tie-breaker game. If other players believe we should play tie-breakgames (it could even be between 4 teams in a group!) I'm happy with that too. Another solution would be to give a random number to each team and to use it as tie break. I'll see if there are some additional posts on the subject.

I made my post as a Tournament Director. I'm telling you that you'll have to decide the tiebreaker with a game, not by sign up position, or some random number. There is a new feature allowing you to limit the number of rounds in a game, so you have that option available to you as well.

Ok Serbia, I'll find out some rules. In my view a tie braker on one game is equally random. Of course, I could limit games to one round, but I don' think this would be very popular. I'll think out something based on:
i) further limiting likelyhood of need to go for tie break
ii) tie break on 5 games

If I'd have a team mate, I'd sign up. So if anyone feels the same way, just contact me.
