Lots of interest for this one - I will try it again.
Anyway all added upto TheMissionary, the 16th to post.
I don't think I will be needing reserves with this set-up but I will keep the rest of the posters in mind if any are needed.
I will also let you know the next time I run this format.

Seems to me if you want to be fair you can not sit out twice until everyone else has sat out once
