TOURNAMENT BRACKET
this will be a bracket tourney with a seeding process.
i'll randomly break everyone into 2 groups of 8 playing a round robin, seedings will be based on win/loss records. ties will be determined by map rank on the feudal map (1v1 all settings,). total points scored will be the deciding factor. cc score comes next. a coin toss settles further disputes.
i'll send all round robin games at the same time, this means you'll have 7 games initially.
once the seeding order has been determined, the tourney will start.

2v15
3v14... and so on.
1st round = 5 games ( all games sent at once )
2nd round = 5 games ( all games sent at once )
3rd round = 7 games ( sent in this order; 4 games, then 3 if needed. )
final round = 9 games ( sent 5 games, then 4 games if needed. )
