Thanks for the info Lindax (:

Update

Just overnight, another 5 battles have progressed, this time with 2 being successful invasive attacks.

Lords beanyuk and danryan broke through the preliminary defences of Bavaria and Ansbach respectively, and now prepare to infiltrate the fortresses of Lords Bavaria and Bohemia.

In the other 3 battles, Lord Lindax managed to defend his fief Denmark from the forces sent by Johnny Rockets, but by getting caught up in this battle, failed to have success in his campaigns in Lord wolfpack0530's Northern France and Lord Johnny Rockets's United Netherlands, facing strong defences from both sides.

Out of the 13 battles waged this round, only 6 remain.

Hahaha, I'm sure Lord Lindax will be desperately attempting to train up armies in each of his fiefs, in preparation to fend off your attacks at the later stage, lest he fall short of the challenge and his fiefs have no choice but to submit and bow down to their new Lord :P

Update

Sorry for the lack of text updates recently, been really busy with school.

Battles for Ansbach and Bavaria
Lords beanyuk and ubcman64 have managed to infiltrate the fortresses of their opponents, each making their way into the inner courts. It remains to be seen which Lord will finally call back forces to defend himself, with both games having the potential to be our first successful attacks of the round.

Battle for Bohemia
Lords ubersky and danryan have won 2 battles apiece in this string of attacks, being on Feudal War and Siege! respectively. On to their 5th round of battle, it remains to be seen whether the forces of Lord danryan can deliver the final blow to Lord ubersky, or whether the citizens of Bohemia can muster their strength to push out the forces threatening their Lord.

Battle for Milan
Lord bonus_mop has made it to the inner courts of Milan, but has faced strong opposition by the guards in Lord seamusk's royal palace. The battle is almost definitely likely to return to the outer areas of the castle.

Battle for Venice
Lord Culs De Sac triumphed over Lord bonus_mop and danryan to make it into the castle holds of Venice. He now fights alone with his armies to tackle the defences set forth by Venice.

Update

Battle for Bavaria
The battle for Bavaria was short and sweet. The forces from Ansbach sent forth by Lord beanyuk crashed through the defences of Bavaria, and claiming Bavaria for their own in a clean sweep. This increases Lord beanyuk's total fief count to 5, while leaving Lord ubcman64 stranded and homeless, fleeing to join his troops in Ansbach to either lead the coup, or die valiantly in battle.

Battle for Ansbach
On their 5th stage of battle, though seeming likely to approach the 6th, the troops of Lord ubcman64 seem to be facing difficulty in the inner courts of Lord beanyuk. This is most probably due to the strength of Ansbach's army rising in numbers and morale, as the troops from their battle in Bavaria return triumphant, lifting the spirits of the rest of the troops as well as adding on to the manpower. It remains to be seen whether Lord ubcman64's remaining troops of Bavaria can muster enough force to deliver the blow, despite having no homeland to retrieve resources from now.

Battle for Bohemia
After going back and forth from the borderline to the castle, the troops of Bohemia have finally chased away the invading forces led by Lord danryan, ensuring peace and stability. For now.

Battle for Milan
After making it all the way to the inner courts, the troops of Lord bonus_mop were just as quickly pushed back and out of the borders of Milan, allowing Lord seamusk to take the time to restore his lost forces and recruit more for battle.

Battle for Venice
Finally, Lord Culs De Sac leads the attack in Venice, reaching the inner courts of Venice and is now threatening the very life of Lord bonus_mop, who finds himself with nowhere else to run and hide.

Hahaha, thank you for sparing the citizens of Venice, kind sir (: I'm sure you'll enjoy your new Venetian harem :P

Update

As reported above by Lord Culs De Sac, Tyrol overthrew Lord bonus_mop of Venice, putting an end to his life as his battle attempts on other fiefs had failed.

Only one string of battles remain, that of Ansbach and Bavaria, currently taking place in the castle fortress of Ansbach.

Update

The last attack finally ended when Lord ubcman64 pulled out of Ansbach to look for greener pastures across the seas, where he would be able to claim land without the hassle of battle. With that, Lord beanyuk holds his fief and increases his lead over the rest of the Lords, having 5 fiefs under his rule to date.

Round 5 has begun, and battle plans are being made. Preferrably do not challenge Neutral territories too eh :D

For the next round:

Westphalia attacks Saxony (crbluth).

We are out of frilly umbrellas for our samosas, and everyone in the realm knows that Lord bluth has the most bodacious umbrella crafters in the known world.

Have at thee, garnish hoarder!

Hehehe, maybe you'll both end up swapping fiefs :D

Update
Round 5's battles have commenced, with 12 strings of promosing bloody battles in store.

Already 2 of them have seen their first stages completed! Both the forces of Venice and Milan tore through the defences of the opposing fief, while each forgetting to leave sufficient manpower behind to defend their own borders.

Update

The battles for Poland and Tyrol continue to go back and forth between the Castle and Courts area of each fief. Lord danryan is definitely keeping up a good fight with a good allocation of resources, being involved on the attacks in each of the 3 remaining strings of attacks.

Meanwhile, forces in the land of Saxony have continued to build up over time, with no Lord being willing to give up their foothold in Saxony. This 3-way battle still is going strong, and shows no signs of stopping.

Update

The 55-round long battle in the borders of Saxony has finally come to a much desired close, as Lord crbluth managed to push out both invading forces in what is the longest lasting battle in the entire scramble for the throne as of yet.

Now only Tyrol remains in contention, in it's 8th round of battle.
