this has been seeded with the following method that aparently is the cc standard:
1v16 = game 1
8v9 = game 2
5v12 = game 3
4v13 = game 4
3v14 = game 5
7v10 = game 6
6v11 = game 7
2v15 = game 8
then game 9 will be the winner of 1 vs the winner of 2, winner of 3 plays winner of 4, etc.

this has to wait for the game to be officially over right? the other finalist has conceeded, and we just need him to play/deadbeat the end of this round, as the winner is holding the objectives
