I set at the right hand of God the Father. His mercies abound. Many go unsought for and therefore are not received. Ask for these mercies that no one wants they are abundant. I send my mercies to the Church which I laid the foundation of when I walked the Earth so long ago. Many have walked away from the mercies and graces received through the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church. There is a fountain of mercies and graces to be given. The Church is seen as worthless and old-fashioned to many in the world, no longer a guide post too many. The mercy I give is worth much more than anything on earth it is life-saving indeed.

Carrots are terrible. Extremely high in sugar.
No root vegetable is truly healthy. All roots are basically storehouses of carbohydrates.

Carrots are a decent source of vitamins and unless you're eating huge amounts and/or consume loads of sugar throughout the day aren't going to tip you into diabetus territory.
