The latest message could have a huge impact on your life.

February 11, 23 Adoration

Message from Jesus

I set at the right hand of God the Father. His mercies abound. Many go unsought for and therefore are not received. Ask for these mercies that no one wants they are abundant. I send my mercies to the Church which I laid the foundation of when I walked the Earth so long ago. Many have walked away from the mercies and graces received through the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church. There is a fountain of mercies and graces to be given. The Church is seen as worthless and old-fashioned to many in the world, no longer a guide post too many. The mercy I give is worth much more than anything on earth it is life-saving indeed.

Go now.

Broccoli has more calories, protein, lipids, and carbs than cauliflower.
Cauliflower has more sugar, and broccoli instead has more dietary fiber.
Broccoli has more vitamins and minerals, including vitamin E, K, A, and C, as well as calcium, iron, zinc, and phosphorus.
Broccoli kicks Cauli's ass, healthwise.

Broccoli is bomb. Add it to a stir fry, steam it with some protein and veg, whatever. Never a bad addition to your diet.

Carrots are good for the same reason. And for fruit, banana is a good shout.

Carrots are terrible. Extremely high in sugar.

No root vegetable is truly healthy. All roots are basically storehouses of carbohydrates.

I would not trash carbs because humans have relied on them to survive and flourish. Humans have eaten carbohydrates for most of OUR past to get enough nutrients. Getting a good balanced diet from different sources, with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and other nutrients, is important. Avoiding too much sugar, salt, fats, and too much of anything is a good idea and lead to good health.

Carrots are a decent source of vitamins and unless you're eating huge amounts and/or consume loads of sugar throughout the day aren't going to tip you into diabetus territory.

The only place I think I bought cauliflower crusted pizza from closed down. Another place opened in it's place but is not as good. Better run I guess because they have outlasted the first guys.

All you ladies are absolutely rocking those rainbow shirts. I expect next to hear in detail about your stool frequently / consistency.

I, however, need to go pick up my new pistol. Sorry I can't play.

You went to pick up a pistol at 3:00 AM, Sunday morning?

While you're admiring our outfits, are Dukasaur's Daisy Dukes too much?

I told him his left nut's hanging out beside the pocket but he said he doesn't care, he can't wear full length pants when it's this hot out.

I'm making crab cakes this morning.

No cauliflower, but lots of green onion.

Interesting, I'm indifferent to crab but for some reason like crab cakes. Are they easy to make?

Crab cakes early in the morning?!?! What?!?!

As to my pistol buying, it's at 7:30 am. Neighbor IS my FFL. Thanks for clarifying.

BBR 3.10. Knock off of the old Para Warthog.

Para, surprisingly, was a Canadian weapon manufacturer from Toronto that took on the 1911 market and succeeded . Ended up moving to the USA and were eventually bought up by Remington's holding company, but they were and still are a cult classic. They invented the double stack in .45 ACP.

The Warthog, like the Detonics (I have two of those), was ahead of its time as a subcompact carry 1911, and was the world's only 10 stack, micro 1911. Can't get a Warthog now for under a grand.

I have my time set wrong again due to a failure to adjust for the summer time change. Can't buy or sell hand guns at all here anymore. They finally made that illegal. So far crab cakes and several long guns are ok.

Cool! I would try that.

My crab cakes are decent but uninspired. Would love to try something different.
