'Juror No. 4' excused after prosecutors raised concerns that he hid past arrest -- we're down to five jurors now

A man who had occupied the fourth seat on the jury has been excused after prosecutors this morning raised concerns that he may have failed to disclose a past arrest.

Justice Juan Merchan's ruling came after a four-minute conference at the bench in which the man occasionally used his hands to talk, and at one point appeared animated and annoyed.

“Let me ask you a question,” the juror could be heard to say as he looked and gestured at the prosecutors. “Do you all feel this way?”

The rest of the conversation could not be heard.

When the court went back on the record, Merchan directed that the juror be tossed.

After starting the day with seven jurors, we're now down to five.

From what I have read, NYC, where the trial is going on, voted for Biden by some 85-90%.

The Judge in charge game money to Biden. His daughter is a big Fund Raiser for Democrats. Tell me that Trump can get a FAIR trial under THOSE conditions.

Basically, Trump paid to silence Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal to keep there stories out of the press. He listed the payment to Stormy as a legal expense. IS THAT a CRIME? DOUBTFUL.

Trump used a friend (David Pecker, ) to catch and kill those stories. Is that a CRIME?

IT IS A REAL stretch to make this into some RICO conspiracy. I am sure Hillary and the handlers for Biden did similar things, as well as MANY OTHER POLITICIANS. Politics is a dirty game; I do not want to get involved in that game. I had a few chances to get involved and chose NOT to. (I do comment on it, obviously.)

Tell me that this was NOT planned, that the GOAL of ALL 4 trials is NOT to
1) harrass Trump and
2) keep him off the campaign trail.

The more this STUFF goes on, the more it become plausible and credible that this is the "witch hunt" as Trump has been alleging. And this is beoming more apparent to more Americans and to more VOTERS.

And the civil trial against E. Jean Carroll was based on an incident that PAST its statute of limitation, but was given a second chance when NY state passed a law to EXTEND that time period. MORE: the dress that she claim to have worn was NOT even made before the alleged incident, based on a report I ran across somewhere. Tell me that this is NOT part of the "witch hunt." And for this, Trump was fined some $500 million?? really?
