NBC News is saying they've done convenience sampling of male university students who said Trump's interview on Joe Rogan swayed their votes to Trump and that had Harris done Rogan they may have stuck with her.

The score as of now is 154 160168 votes for Trump, 30 34 for Harris. Her paths are vanishing but she still can navigate this.

But Trump is now narrowly leading in Virginia, which a Republican hasn't won in 20 years. If Harris loses Virginia, the Democratic Party may not exist tomorrow.

Biggest winner tonight ---

What's with Iowa, Kansas and Missouri posting early Democratic leads? Just some function of which vote/localities get counted first?

Sometime at this stage there is such weird call that get made... Like Trump is ahead by 50k votes in VA but multiple outlets are calling it for Harris. She probably will end up winning it, but maybe you should 'call it' before the candidate you are calling it for actually has more counted votes

Harris may narrowly lose Michigan, NBC is reporting.

Meanwhile, the vote in one Arab-majority Dearborn precinct:

    1st Place: 332 Trump
    2nd Place: 293 Stein
    3rd Place: 81 Harris
Genocide doesn't pay.

I guess this is a sort of acceptable place to check the bitcoin price if you are already using yahoo for other asset prices, but it's a direct feed for coinmarket and personally I prefer coingecko (similar to coinmarket) or just looking at binance feeds for the most accurate up to date prices.

Republicans owe a great debt of gratitude to Nancy Pelosi for forcing out Biden. I sincerely hope Trump sends her a fruit basket or something.

It's not a sure thing yet but we're right now on track for 55 seats in the Senate!!!

If that comes to pass the Senate is under solid GOP control for four years and, probably, for six years. (In 2026, the Democrats have to defend Georgia, New Hampshire, Virginia, and Michigan. The only vulnerable seat in 2026 for the GOP is Maine.)

Since we're on the verge of guaranteed Senate control for 4-6 years, we should abolish the filibuster in the spirit of unity. Give the Democrats at least one thing they've been asking for ...

Yeah, how are we gonna do that?

IMO, priority #1 is to get Thomas and Alito to retire in the next four years and replace them with a couple 35 year-olds.

But after that, we're kinda stuck and are just gonna need to wait for nature to run its course with Sotomayor. By 2028 she'll only be 74 (of course, she does have some chronic health issues).

Harris is gonna do a Hillary and not speak tonight. She's gonna go have a good cry, I guess.

In the 250 year history of the USA, only two women have run for president. And Trump beat them both.

You would have thought the strategy of tying their campaign to the extremely beloved Dick Cheney would have paid off for them!

He answered my call to do my work. He stands proud and courageous in battle. He is a mighty leader like David was so long ago. My hand rests upon him, for he does my will in the face of danger. I guide him as what to do. He is my servant doing the will of the Lord. - God

OMG --- we are tentatively on track to 56 Senate seats! That would be the largest majority of any party in 20 years.

The Democratic Party may no longer exist as a viable political entity by this time tomorrow. Maybe they'll splinter into two smaller parties and then fight over the scraps for the next decade or so.

I'm watching NBC coverage of the preparations for the Trump Victory Speech and 90% of everyone there - men and women - are at least a solid 8. There are no ugos. No blue hairs. No she-men. No tatted-up lesbos with 100 face piercings.
