Did you realize the image in your icon represents a character that is female from birth, as opposed to someone that joins that gender mid-life via chemical cocktails?
Oh the irony!

Texas today seized a larger swath of the U.S. border, ejecting federal forces. And Biden can do nothing about it. Soon, Texas may send troops to D.C. and take control of the White House. Where will Biden and his nursing staff flee to? Tel Aviv?

The Justice Department alleged Friday that Texas soldiers erected additional concertina wire and fence on the banks of the Rio Grande, making it impossible for Border Patrol agents to do their jobs along the busiest parts of the U.S.-Mexico border.

ā€œThe Texas National Guard has now blocked Border Patrolā€™s access to the area, rendering its agents unable to place mobile surveillance trucks,ā€ the filing reads. ā€œBorder Patrolā€™s ability to view this portion of the border is now limited to a narrow sliver from a single surveillance camera located outside of the newly fenced area.ā€

Great news!

Manuel Gonzalez, the popular sheriff of Bernarillo County, New Mexico -- the largest county in New Mexico -- has announced he his renouncing the Democrat Party and becoming a Republican to run against the Rat senator Martin Heinrich - an elderly white male who doesn't know enough Spanish to order a taco - over Heinrich's support of the widely hated and failing Biden.

On his campaign website, Gonzales said open borders, high crime and radical politicians were ruining the state, and Heinrich ā€œsits idly by without a shred of respect for our great state to say enough is enough.ā€

ā€œIf anything, Sen. Heinrich has aided in this lawlessness, and allowed our great state to be riddled with crime and low education outcomes,ā€ according to the website.

Wow!

This popular guy?

Scandal-plagued former sheriff announces Senate run
A city investigation found the mayoral campaign of former Bernalillo County Sheriff Manuel Gonzales submitted fake signatures in a bid for public money. An unrelated federal indictment identified him as a participant in an illegal gun scheme

@Saxi - Do you have a hot take on Nick Saban possibly running to unseat Tommy Tuberville?

Most of what I've read suggest Dems want him to run, but nothing suggesting he has any intention of doing so probably just a red herring but figured you'd have an interesting perspective.

Could be good for the Rats. He'd only be ~80 at the end of his first term so it would add some needed youth appeal to their party.

To improve upon the promising but flawed work of Robert Frost...

Something there is that does so love a wall,
That props the reinforcement pylons along it,
And gleams the coiled barbed-wire in the sun;
And closes gaps not even one can sneak abreast.
The work of illegals is another thing:
I have come after them and made repair
Where they have tried to leave not one stone on a stone...
