GNU/Linux

So, um.. anyone use this sort of thing? I heard there was a guy in Mexico that did but he left so I guess we won't know for sure.

If you use Linux, do you have a favorite distro?

Get out.

I have made a bootable USB stick with Linux Lite on it. Worked great.

Then against advise I received I have made it into one with Debian on it. When I went to boot off it, it is asking if I want to install it. No I just wan to run it off the USB but there is no option written like that.

Do I have to run it in safe mode to prevent it from installing or will it just boot if I select install?

I'm a giant newb at it. I have managed to make a couple of versions of live OS USB sticks though. It's kind of fun when the thing works. I also made two that failed. :(

I don't know I have not enjoyed anything her or Dave Stewart have done solo. He definately married the hottest woman from Bananarama thought.

Annie's "Diva" is one of the best albums ever made. If I'd been Dave Stewart, when that came out, I'd've just hidden for a couple of years. It was so personal, so damning, and yet beautiful music.
