Pretty funny. F.E.E. are generally criticized as right-wing twats, but nonetheless....

How do you feel it dehumanizes people to bring them prosperity? Do you feel poverty is some kind of virtue? I'm assuming you're some rich asshole who sits in his mansion puffing a Havana and moralizing about how work builds character. Interesting how most people who preach about the virtues of struggling have never had to do so.

As an Englishman you should at least be familiar with the history of the Anti-Corn Law League and how it brought your country from a state of endemic starvation to a state of cheap food for all.

For more modern examples, liberalized trade between East and West helped give people in the Soviet bloc a taste for wealth and brought down the Soviet empire.

Today, liberalized trade between Europe and Iran is helping to build a prosperous middle class in Iran, which will eventually lead to the extinction of Iran's medieval theocracy and a secular humanist society there.

Duk, your point was trade deals reduce conflict, "reduce" is relative of course, but trade doesnt make peace, trade means almost zippidy where peace is concerned. I will admit the government will tell you that tho.

The list is a long one, but I will remind you of the "trade deals" between Russia and Germany in the 40s or Japan and the states, so much for trade deals helping peace.

I ask you to watch a vid, you will see the peace that trade deals between Israel and the states create.
You guys dont even look. excuses, but no lookses
.
Maybe because you guys believing your government propaganda about the white helmets was too much to bare?
or did you refuse to see that proof as well? is it the fact a "tin foil nutter" provides the evidence?

In any case, you believed your gov about lottsa things, everything they tell you most likely, you were/are wrong about the white helmets, wrong about the UK poisioning and wrong about the chemical attack in syria.
Now lets add believing in trade deals to the list.

The trade deals are about more than trade....and it aint peace.

lol, check the trade deal the US had with Lybia, or the deal with Iraq, good grief, Trade deals are not about peace.

When asked on Monday if the boy and his father, who also appeared in the report, might have been pressed to lie about the attack once Douma came under the control of Russia and Syria — the government accused of the chemical attack — Poddubnyy told The Intercept via Twitter that he could “guarantee that the interview was recorded without pressure on the child’s father and the boy himself.” The reporter also insisted that he had not been introduced to the boy by Russian military “peacekeepers” but by sources at the hospital in Douma where the video of attack survivors being treated was recorded.

Pressed to explain the presence of three uniformed men who could be seen in the background at the start of his report, the correspondent admitted that they were from the Russian Reconciliation Center for Syria — a unit of military advisers currently charged with registering Douma’s civilian population — but insisted they were merely on their way to a “local cafe.”

Poddubnyy also revealed that his interview with the boy and his father had not been recorded in Douma, but in Damascus, the Syrian capital, near the Dama Rose hotel. When asked directly if the piece had been filmed on the grounds of the Syrian Army Officers Club, which is next door to that hotel, Poddubnyy said that it had not.

However, that appears to have been a lie. An exhaustive, crowd-sourced search for images of the exterior of the building seen at the start of Poddubnyy’s report reveals that it almost certainly was recorded at the military facility, which is just a short distance from Syria’s ministry of defense.

Your grasping at straws, he was lying because of the location of the interview? or was it the one comment from Rami Jarrah?

Funny you decided to ignore the OPCW investigation itself. ;)

I did read the article- I was the one who posted it, remember, and I even quoted it, and provided the source. Weirdly, you've not seen fit to name the article, or quote it, or post anything against it.

It's this kind of stuff that makes you seem dishonest,

The Kremlin RT reporter was clearly caught out lying, several times.

That's now a given.

The real international community meets in Yalta – without the neocon thought police.

Around 600 participants from 71 countries met in Crimea at the 4th Yalta International Economic Forum to discuss global co-operation and the building of a better world.
This was the real ‘international community,’ as opposed to the pretend one restricted to just the US and its closest allies.

Wasnt my intention to get into details, I just wanted to point out the "real international community" knows full well whats going on.
This is a just out of interest post.

They help keep the peace. A power hungry dictator or a crazed supremacist that's angry about WW1's embargos put into place is obviously not going to act much of a deterrent.

Listen - If trade didn't exist, every country would be in constant state of war because x wants this for x reasons, or x is invading x for their shiny x things. The whole point of trade is to avoid conflict, while giving and receiving exotics. How in the world did this fly over your inflated head, I'll never know.

Of course they're more than just trade...It establishes a mutual relationship that can prove to be beneficial for two countries. People are introduced to a new culture, and things tend to evolve more from trade deals. There's a lot more pros than cons to your little "Ermaigawd, the guberment is gunna gaz meh!"

Skepticism of the government is fine, but you're just reaching into absurd territories with nothing of actual merit. Go get some mental help, bruh.

ohhh I get it, ya mean like the fur trade in n america, ya, that was a great trade deal.

I think my point is over your head?, of course trade helps both parties (or should) but it aint the traders that decide about wars.
in your way of thinking there never would be wars if we just made trade deals. sorry. blah blah blah as you put it.
