If that were the average i'd join one of those prison rehabilitation programs. Or just hang around outside.

I heard that they offer women in prisons courses on how to cook and type, but they give men in prison courses to get masters college degrees.

Um, isn't that a good thing?

Don't we want women prisoners to turn away from crime after release? To do that they need to get a husband and, to get a husband, they need to be able to cook and sew. Rehabilitation 101.
