No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

While I distrust Australia as much as the next guy, I'm not sure it qualifies as an enemy of the United States. Also, while Anthony Pratt is a slightly portly man, I don't think he counts as two separate witnesses.
