The team that overthrew the democratically elected government in 2014,
the team that signed agreements with the U.S. for a quid pro quo of 'we'll loosely pledge to protect your country/if you allow us to build 50+ biolabs along the Russian border,
the team that adopts and promotes Nazi doctrine in its ranks and communities and was placed on a list of extremists groups by the U.S. congress,
the team that was willing to sacrifice millions of Ukrainian lives just to try and weaken Russia rather than to save the civilians and try diplomacy and sanctions first.
That team... I am NOT on that team

Also Koolbak, that is outstanding. Wasn't referencing your post, but we need more actions like yours that force accountability.
Exactly the point.

Protip: When ordering more than one mail order bride, make sure they all have the same name,
and none of my Svetlanas will be happy with anything less than total victory comrade.

Dear Slavic Bride Connoisseur:
We know you have a choice when purchasing spousal product from former Soviet-Bloc nations.
That's why we here at U-krane-tang, have worked hard to make our designs the finest on the market, using patented technology developed by former German Lebensborn scientists.
We are now offering for a limited time only, 10% off, to first-time customers only. We hope the next time you are in the market for a Sveltana, Katrina, or Natasha, for any of your sexual, companionship, or housekeeping needs, you will consider us first.

Lonous, I get your point. I think the Ukraine should have maintained neutrality rather than get in bed with NATO. But two wrongs don't make a right. Nothing in that justifies becoming victims of Putin's dreams of imperial reconquest.

The Slavic race can only exist with the grace and guarantee of Russia. The independence of Slavic nations should be protected but not at the cost of weakening Russia. A weak Russia trades the possibility of the short-term security of Slavic peoples for the certainty of their long-term extinction. NATO doesn't really care about the Poles or the Ukes or the Serbs or the Slovaks or the Czechs or the Bulgarians; they're accessories. Russia is their only guarantor. This is how God arranged the world. It might be unfair but that's how it is.
So-called autocratic government in Russia is a defensive necessity due to NATO's intransigence and aggressive efforts to exterminate the Slavic peoples. If NATO ceased to exist, Russia could be democratic immediately.

And to all you warhawks that cheered on the carnage of these peaceful slavic people, please learn from this and try not to be duped into the next conflict.
Oh wait, its already too late isn't it.

What??? I think you mean if Nato and/or the EU had let Ukraine get in bed, then Putin might have thought twice about doing a completely anachronistic Napoleon impersonation in the 21st Century.
...or if he didn't think twice, then we'd ALL be at war (really REAL war) instead of gawking and couch-commenting from the sidelines in first world privilege, waning and fragile though it may be.
These non-nuclear wars are increasingly showing themselves up to be inadequate, incomplete, and much, much less than what we all truly deserve.
