I accessed this through Google Cache at my office, but the map isn’t showing up. Can anyone recommend a proxy that still works here?

You might try using a VPN instead, Google Cache often strips out embedded map data. I’ve had luck with ProtonVPN or Windscribe when accessing CC from work.
