Seasonal Tournament Games

I was wondering how long tournament games exist in the system before they get cleaned up as would love to run my assassin survivor series on Easter my favourite map but can't get all the games started within the week window so was curious to know if I could create the number I should need for the duration (if I could get enough interested players) within the week window of the map being open. Then invite to them as needed during the completion of the tournament but I have a feeling that they only last 30 days before being deleted by the site but I can't remember where I had seen that

And I guess if they don't get deleted by the site check if this is something I would be allowed to do
