Actually think about it, Edocsil. Vodean came up innocent on death meaning there are 3 likely mafia are alive. You and me were pretty much cleared. Jak claimed vig (which means he either was telling the truth or he'd be killed by the real vig (in which case the doom thing wouldn't have happened) who could have pretty much only been pancake or safari at that point). All evidence pointed to that mafia had to be either doom, pancake and safari or Jak, doom and pancake/safari (whichever one wasn't the real vig). I can't blame Jak for killing doom here. I do wish that Jak had chosen to target pancake or safari instead (less risky people to kill) but it didn't occur to me that they pretty much had to be scum from his POV (he knows he's vig) until right after the lynch and I couldn't speak up about it. From my angle. I can't protect myself. period. Doom and either Pancake or Safari have to be scum (from process of elimination) and shouldn't be protected. Jak was either vig or lying (shouldn't be protected if for no other reason than to let the real vig kill him in case he was lying). That left you as the only viable protection.

I guess I see your logic there. I still would have gone with trust the cop, but you did do your best to keep the claimed townies alive, I just wish I had had some sort of action to effect the night.

Really, I think this sealed it for mafia. Once vodean faked the town role, that pretty much meant that town was going to be targeting each other.

With a vig would have totally changed the game, we would have had one scum alive, and two or three confirmed townies if we believed you. It would have been a fairly easy win.

*Pokes fun at jak* You had three people to choose from and picked the only wrong choice :D That being said, I had zero suspicion of Saf/Pcm at this point too.

Aye, I feel like I did a pretty good job in suspecting who was town/mafia, but 1/3 chance of hitting town and I hit town... I wish my pickpocketing on Skyrim went that way, instead of needing 90% or better to take the item XD

Though that all said and done, we did good lynching Vodean before game end, now only if I had turned the gun toward Saf.

My favourite part about my role was that I could only keep killing if I hit non town. So basically it forced me to wait until / outed himself (under my logic he was either 3rd party or maf so of no use to town anyway XD) Which I was right to do.

Just with Vodean popping up "town tracker" sort of sealed Doom's fate for me. If I could go back, I wish I would have been more aware of how much Safari was buddying with me against Zimmah at the start.
