I am organising a Single tourney and need 32 players. Double Elimination format that there would be a second chance for all.

I need 32 Player, open to all . ( plus 2 reserves ) There are no seeding in this tourney i will use random.org to establish the orders.
Players have to join their games by third ( 3rd ) invites, failure do so they will loose their match.

So, you set it at 24, but how will that bracket look? I think you want 32...

I made a 24 player, double elimination bracket on challenge.com as you requested. There are 8 players who have byes. Can you please clarify your setup?
