Re: TOFU/S&M Discussion
That's pretty low given it's gone social. There's a lot of my personal info but more importantly memories in that forum. I certainly wouldn't do it to you, least of all rub it in. You should be ashamed.

Fair call. Let's draw a line under it and close the book. I know you want to too which is why you've been so magnanimous recently. Respect.

Re: Top 10 Clans of All Time
Never heard of OLDS. Who are they and how do they get #1 status?
And in which year was it TOFU beat KORT but they elected to penalise TOFU a -20 game penalty for one mistaken game? A decision that will live in infamy and should be corrected :;

Re: Top 10 Clans of All Time
Interesting read. A lot of history here. Pre-2009 the foremost clans were undoubtedly THOTA and LOW, with THOTA the undisputed masters and LOW their closest rivals. It came to a head in April 2009 when THOTA beat LOW by just one game in a good old-fashioned challenge (do we even have those any more ...

Some great memories reading this thread from p.1. Some of those names - really reads like a "Who's Who" of some CC stalwarts.

Hear hear! Big job that, well done Traf.
And congrats to all those that made the grade, the list of names comes as no surprise at all (well, josko is a bit of an anomaly but we'll let that slide)

Re: TOFU/S&M Discussion
One reason I loved this remarkable lady.
Would those in TOFU Social admit me to the usergroup? I'm a sentimental old soul in my dotage and it saddens me that 90% of my CC posts, with so many wonderful memories, cannot be revisited.
Give COF TOFU back, TOFU. It's his clan, based on history. There ...

Ah if only that were true Josko. Unfortunately (or fortunately really) I know Scud personally and he's a bit of a maths whizz. Hive is all about mathematical logic which is why both you and he excel on that map

Re: Polymorphic 2 Premier League (FULL)
Hi mate.
Yeah, for sure it helps to be a good cross-mapper when it comes to playing the away games. I knew Spanish Armada and rated myself on it (in terms of what to do) but it only takes a couple of rounds of shit dice while the log shows your opponent blasting thru neuts (T1 to T5 effectively ...

Thanks for that mate. It makes for interesting reading. Complex maps definitely came out on top (with the exception of Antarctica which one could say is specialised).

That's pretty f'in funny actually. Which one of us hasn't had to do the same when knowing a vital turn was imminent and we were stuck miles from home?
Kudos for dedication to the cause.

Cheers

Re: Denise
Forgive me for posting this here but it's personal and it's for posterity. Oddly enough a barrage of PMs came in from Josko and others involved in his latest tourney and I just happened to catch this at the very bottom of my Inbox so very nearly lost it (my mailbox is stuffed!) and very soon it will ...

Re: Denise
I've a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes reading the tributes that have been written for this remarkable lady.
A beautiful soul, coupled with a kindness, intelligence and understanding that made her possibly the best team mate I've ever had the pleasure of playing alongside.
