What about games where you could team up half way through? or leave someones team? sort of like world war 2, only without the stalemate at the end where noone does anything till one of the players croaks.

If I am correct in assuming what he is refering to, twill went on usenet and claimed that because of the map foundry, and the maps involved, because they would cost, like trillions, he saves CC a whole ton of money, and takes all the credit for it, essentially.
