Am I the only person having problems today trying to leave chat in games?

If I type more than 5 words, it does not post and I get the 10 second message.
If I type less than 5 words, my chat gets posted 80% of the time.

This happens on both my iPad and desktop. Even turned off my wifi on my iPad ...
