I know I've not been here in a while but I'd recommend the banner stay up longer somehow for those that want to find the tourney more easily ...

Is there any reason why the tourney can't start sooner other than not enough entries?

Having spoils is a way to encourage attacks and (hopefully) help speed up/resolve games.

I dont think the entrance to castles needs the extra definition. Instead just bold up the walls very slightly. And maybe dampen down the darkness of the river boundary while widening just a little. The first thin i see when i look at it is the big contrasty river boundary.
