He is the old King Burger account. He has been warned in both and I believe vacationed from giving ratings not long ago. Unless these are very recent abusive ratings this complaint is about then it had already been acted upon.

Yeah. quick glance looks like the last for are recent. The most recent he lost 2 games and gave [player]feanor67[/player] crap ratings for it. 1v1 FS and tagged it cheap tactics... Vindictive...

This dude should be blocked from rating. I believe that is the next due step.

if you beat him he foes you ,any little thing goes wrong in his games and he goes on a rant ,he is just unplesent to play with and is a vindictive player as seen in his unjustified ratings .A perma rating ban should be in order here as he is a repeat offender.

It seems only fair that she should be able to defend herself, so I PM'd him about this thread. If she has legitimate reasons for her ratings, I think she should be cleared. I did look at her "Ratings Left" page, and it's not like she's giving everyone 1 stars. If she doesn't have legitimate reasoning behind her ratings, then I think a ratings ban is in order.
