HA's Race to the Finals-Arms Race:

It is like a 16 player bracket tourney, but as games finish and you can play someone you will be invited to that game. So it starts with 8 games being sent out(round 1). You may join any one game of the eight to get started. After round 1 is under way, a daily check to see if any games are available to be played will be performed. If more than two players can play, random.org decides who gets to play.
First round will be one game-you have at least 24 hours to join(then reserves can be asked to play.
Second round will be one game
Third round will be one game
The finals will be 2 of 3

For this tournament premium and freemium players
I will take reserves, but only for round 1 if someone does not join.
Anyone with less than 99% turns taken may be left out of the tourney without a decent excuse that they will play the games without missing turns.
Foed players may be left out of the tourney.
Players that do not join games or miss turns may not be allowed into future tourneys.
If you join more than one game in round one, you forfeit this tourney and may be left out of similar tourneys.

Why the tournament is frozen? Something must was wrong at the first round... i see 9 games instead of 8
