The 3 week timeline is the exchange, it will most definitely go longer than 3 / round.?
Last year had strict control over trench, and a review at the end found ur didn't delay it as much as thought. The 30 round is mainly to eliminate stalemates, while allowing games to naturally play out and avoid ending them early
