Dividing by zero does not work either. :?

I work quite a bit, thank you. :)

Oh you...said dividing. I'm divided. :)

And a house divided cannot stand. Or something like that.

Having read most of the data provided (Both here and C&A), I think I am informed enough to have a right to post. Whenever I have played with or against Commander, he has always played with respect to himself and others, with integrity and with deep commitment to the site and his teammates. He's not a perfect CC role model - but he's not that far away either. Commander has always contributed to the CC community the best way he could and he has always represented this site with honor.

If this would be just a regular point dumping case, even though it's hard, I could imagine him doing. However, him starting turns and screwing up his teammates is something that I just don't see him doing - he's not that kind of a person (Although, this is an internet website, so it's rather hard to know true personality). While I can't completely rule out the possibility it was him, I am 95% sure that it was not him. Furthermore, judging from his posts, he has shown that he learnt his lesson and I do not believe this should be pursued any further than a "Noted" or "Warned."

what evidence do you base your first statement on? many of his supporters are stating the IP check is wrong or that he is somehow the single member of CC ensnared in a credit card grab against sony users (luckily they only took his password to CC and ruined his account instead of stealing credit card info  ).. if you have something, you should offer it up in the C&A thread to clear this all up... furthermore, it is really hard for me to believe he has "LEARNT" his lesson. had he learned his lesson, he would not have accumulated another 6 months worth of bans due to his continual posting from others accounts, after being warned to cease those actions by team CC!!! throw in the fact that he admitted to "legally point dumping", and it just doesn't look good for him. however, i am sure everyone is really excited to see/hear this new evidence you have that proves he is at least 95% innocent!!! the IP check came back from his computer, period... you can't discredit that, so you can't declare him innocent. and now, any hopes you had of lessening his sentence has probably been ruined by commander himself, by posting from other accounts and admitting pint dumping in the past...-the black jesus

he didn't intentionally committed "legal point dumping". you insist to misunderstand this point. he played various games he was not pro at for the purpose of getting medals; that led to losing a lot of points. he didn't meant to lose them.

I don't appreciate you coming here from time to time just to criticize his defenders.

thank you...

legally point dumping is confusing the issue. He had a high score, went after medalwins, tried a different map and settings and concequently lost a lot of rank. Trying to win is not point dumping. He never before stated he tried not to win. please don't much it up. You know what he said, I know what he said, but bringing it up in your post vlike you did makes it look like he might have done something bad.. at that time.. which proved to be not the case. Considering the inflamatory nature of this thread, please dont add heat and oil..

EDIT: also I want to point out that the other points owenshooter remarked upon are valid concerns...

come on owen , go smoke some weed and chill out please.....yes he used his friends accounts to post.....they say this is wrong, so let that be what it is....so what, he did not go on their accounts and do anything other than that....the guy was pissed, he spent alot more time winning games than you or most players, he made it to the spot of General by actually fighting, not farming and taking low rank players to get there...enough is enough already.....Yes, i spoke to him through other means besides this site, and Yes i believe him....

Grow the hell up already and let the mods do their job, i really hope that you never have issues in CC owen, because all you are doing is losing friends by your stupid remarks, and believe me, i like owen, just tired of all this crap i read out of your mouth, sometimes i think someone has hacked your mind and dumped out all of the brains in your head. and your IP is equaling your IQ

again, i don't know how you can just dismiss what has accumulated into a 6 month ban as if these actions are also not serious, just like his recent point dump. please explain the IP check coming up as his computer and i'll back off. but to continue to defend him when he is continually breaking CC rules openly is just ridiculous. he point dumped, and now he has broken more rules by posting from other accounts when his account was frozen. if it was not a BIG DEAL, then it would not be against the rules and he would not be looking at 6 months for those actions alone... none of you have offered any evidence to counter the IP check, and commander continues to dig a deeper hole. and rbel, i have had my share of run ins with CC, including a 6 month ban for a made up infraction by an admin for breaking a rule that is not written, has not been written since, and has never been enforced again. guess what, i took it. commander should have provided actual evidence as to how the IP check was wrong or had his friends do so. even if he had accepted CC's IP check, he could have asked for a less severe punishment based on his past actions here (i guess this would not include his self described "legal point dump")... i'm sorry, but the IP check and his actions after the point dump seem to have this all sealed up. now i eagerly await more of his friends to come post about how great he is and that there is no way he could have done it, and that they will vouch for him and CC should not punish him harshly...   ...-the black jesus

And those that majorly benefit form dumped points? Shouldn't they also be considered a Special Case Infraction?

When the Community was originally helping come up with the illegal Point Collecting guidelines, the argument was that by severely punishing the 1st time of Point Collecting could accidentally Reset users who were unaware of the Situation and were joining a few games. Point Resets do come though for following Infractions, should they occur. Moreover, we still retain the right to issue a point reset upon first Infraction if the user engaged in obvious, egregious and gross abuse of Point Collecting.
