BoganGod wrote:........ as I explained, have been very busy, sitters taking my turns etc. So sometimes when I'm on, there might be someone taking my turns, while I take care of clan admin shit.... etc

What does this proove? Babysitting is quite legal. And even if one has the time to log on sometime during the day, you don't necessarily have the time to take all the waiting turns while you are online.

eddie2, this must be some parody on KORT:s horrible "win" over TOFU. Ok if I took the conquerman-turn for BoganGod, what difference does it make? Do you suffer from it in some way? Bogan has been very busy lately and we have been working together to keep his game active and not make him deadbeat. So if I log in and take a turn down to 30 mins when he is online and I don´t notice he was online, that´s an honest mistake and Im sure it has happend a thousend times before in different clans. And by that you think we should forfeit all games Bogan has played? With your stance on the KORT vs TOFU situation, that make me laugh out loud! You must be kidding us or be very very desperate.

Ughhhh, really? Suck it up and take the loss. No other clans will want to play TIME if this is how you're going to act.

yes if you do not have time to take turns that is fair enough but what about these games all in the time scale of one of the games a sitter took a turn in his games.

Game 7806755
Game 7806545
Game 7806794

all speed games. add this with the fact he was posting in the forums talking to me on the wall. this is against site rules. i say he did not intend to take the shot but let draq play for him. i do not care if we lose this challenge i will even change it to a bofm win but they should not be allowed to abuse babysitting.

What Draq said.
When you have someone away from home 16 hours a day because of work I'm sure sitters can make mistakes every now and then and happen to log in when the person being sat for is around.
If it had been some inexperienced player being sat by better players then there might even have been a case. But when it is our perhaps best quads player, our clan-leader that is the person in question, what is there to complain about? If anyone gained from BoganGod's turns being taken by sitters it was TIME, not us.

So when it is concluded that despite our clan leaders being very busy, despite one of our players missing turns/deadbeating out of several games because of a medical emergency that landed him in hospital for emergency surgery, BoFM wins...
-Despite the fact that BoganGod (our perhaps best quads player) not being able to take all his own turns favoured only TIME and obviously not BoFM, you try to exploit this situation further... demand that games be forfeited or replayed...

We have tried our best to explain to you, the logic is as clear as can be, and yet you persist with this. It is appalling, and quiet frankly it is making me sick.

No one is impressed eddie. No one is saying "aha!". And no screenshots or mystery-accusers or allegations will change that. because to everyone except you it's clear as night and day that there is no intent here, no motive, no gain. Our sitters were just trying there best, no one is perfect. TIME has not suffered in any way from this, what more is there to say?

ok so i looked into this before saying anything.
here is a quote from one.

Yes, he should not have someone else taking turns for him while he is online. The account sitter should also not post in the forums as him.

now playing speed games posting in forums making it that a sitter has got to play for him in casual is not sitting abuse. here i will award you the win like i said but i will report the sitting abuse. and yes there is a tactical gain from allowing another player from the same game to take a turn for you when you are able to take it yourself.

I really have nothing more to say to you. Go report it to C&A if you must, I'm sure as it was an honest mistake they might give him a reprimand if anything, and I'm sure Bogan/ said sitters will make sure it doesn't happen again.

I'm no genius, but your speed examples are from 2010-11-22, while the sitter was on 2010-10-22. Seems like a different day to me. Is that not a full month apart?

How many examples do you have Eddie? TWO? And now the one taking the turns should forfeit his games also? Sitting abuse? Are you insane? Bogan is one of the best quads players out there-I do not think his sitters come close to Bogans win%. And if this was noticed back in OCTOBER-and not resolved then-why is it being brought up now? Why? BECAUSE YOU LOST.

As for our new clan and clan wars-we don't have to go begging for opponents eddie. We already have several clans offering to be our first so don't you worry your pretty little head about us. I can guarantee you though-we will NEVER be playing against any clan you are in.

omg now you can't even get your proof dates and times correct. PATHETIC.

The mans right. Your accusing BoganGod of playing speed the same time of day exactly one MONTH after Draq took his turn in a clan war game

It would be funny if this whole scenario wasn't so sad.

oh the drama! how could i have missed out on this?! i really have to stop spending so much time working, drinking and picking up random women.. thi is where the action is!
and eddie you are not allowed in c&a for a month so option c) goes righjt out the door doesnt it?

grow the funk up and whatever respect i got for your clan during this war where you all fought very hard is now again lost due to you being a big child.. i still see very good players in there but as long as you are acting like you do, TIME will (sadly) remain a joke,,

sincerely yours

We do think that sitting abuse is not allowed.

So eddie are you saying that sitting abuse should be allowed? I'm confused. Are you trying to get buddysystem back?

Are you doing all this to BAIT? That is a rules violation eddie...

I would like to stress that only eddie and myself (seeing as I am TIME's leader) are involved in this, and that no other member of TIME is involved or should be involved. The rest of TIME are keeping out of this, and I would ask that you do not think any less of them. Myself and eddie are discussing this, and I for one hope that this situation is resolved to everyone's satisfaction.
