Not really. If he doesn't want maps full of gimmicks then he should try to "persuade" everybody who are picking AoM, Pearl Harbour etc. Crossword is actually very easy to understand and IMO it's especially rude to say that this map is bad if he hasn't even played it. Somebody has worked on the map and made it ready and it's disrespectful to the person just to avoid the map because there are people out there who say that it's a bad map. This kind of attitude just makes me sad

Again, I'm sorry for cluttering the thread. I didn't want to turn it into a flame fest but I can't stand injustice.

Obviously you missed the point, but i'll forgive you. If we speak in general terms, most would agree that crosswords isn't that great map at all, allthough someone worked hard on it i'm sure of it.
Still he has the right to persuade him, if it doesn't work it doesn't.
Maybe you should be happy this guy organizes such a good tournament with premium prizes instead of critisize him.
i think crosswords will stay so don't make a to big deal of it.

So what was the point? As you seem to be such a generous person then I'm sure that you don't mind sharing it with me.
And who said that I'm not happy?? Of course I am, I hope that a premium member wont win

And anyway, what's wrong with criticism? With laziness it's one of the powers that make people creative and evolving.
Overall, you seem to be missing my point.
And again, it pisses me off that people who have played Crossword maybe 1-2 times say that they hate it. The fact that you don't understand the map doesn't mean that you should hate it :roll:

but all settings will be seq, flat, unlimited, no fog
