Wizard of Waterloo [Winner: Incandenza]

This tournament is single elimination (best of 3 games per round to move on).

All games will be played with the following settings:
Waterloo, Automatic, Sequential, Escalating, Chained, and Foggy


Seeding: Players will be listed in the order they sign up, and play order will follow the pattern of #1 plays #16, #2 plays #15 etc. for round one.

For all rounds other than round one: Winner of the first pair of players (#1 and #16) will then play the winner of the second pair (#2 and #15) etc. for the remainder of the rounds.

With reference to the title, the winner of this tournament will be crowned THE WIZARD OF WATERLOO!

Sign ups are on a first come first serve basis.

There is not a points or rank requirement to participate.

Please note: Players who do not join their games within 24 hours will be counted as forfeiting, and will be counted as a loss. Their opponent for that round will move on as if they had won.

hmm, your prayers were not answered in round 1. But you shouldn't worry, law of large numbers says we will even out -- and I am terrible in waterloo 1v1s (maprank me on that).

Given that the bracket was essentially random, I concur, tho me vs. DBandit was a pretty strong round 1 matchup (one that I am pleased to announce that I've won, 2-1).

in 1 vs 1 there isnt clear favourite. so even while waterloo does give you a chance to fight back, i would be hugely surprised to see you, wasee, damy and me, all in semis. its going to be tough second round for all of us
