Comments:
These players could all be friends, but it looks like General Quarters (ID 184953) was created to run up a high score. This account has played 6 games here at CC, won them all, and now has 1603 points. The Cat participated in 5 of those games, Adam Zappel was in 4 of them, as did some of the others. All games were fog of war, except a private speed game between General Quarters, Adam Zappel, and The Cat. In that non-fog private game, General Quarters played one round, then everyone missed all remaining rounds, resulting in a default win for General Quarters. The 5 remaining fog games were all started by one of the suspected multis.

Additionally:

The Cat has played 62 games and Adam Zappel participated in 33 of them.
The first General Quarters (ID 141045) played 57 games and Adam Zappel participated in 14 of them.
Cpl Punishment has played 29 games and Adam Zappel participated in 14 of them.
SunJune has played 10 games and Adam Zappel participated in 7 of them.

There are several other non-premium accounts linked into this web as well. The three beneficiaries seem to be the three premium accounts -- Adam Zappel (1391 points), The Cat (1872 points), and General Quarters (1603 points).

Here's a good example of the abuse:

Game 2010326 was an 8-player game on the classic map. General Quarters won on round 4, after 4 days of play, during which time none of the other accounts attacked General Quarters.

Sartor was likely the only other real player there and is probably still shell-shocked from the experience - he lost all save one of his provinces before he even had a chance to play his first turn. He skipped all his turns and hasn't entered into a new game since then (roughly 2 weeks ago). It's unfortunate that this was only his 2nd game here at CC. He doesn't have the perspective to understand what happened to him and it looks like he gave up on the club.

Game 2062038 ... I have my doubts of the integrity of those players named that participated in this game as they avoided the opportunity to attack each other and I commented on that during the game. Whilst they may not be multis, the evidence certainly suggests collusion and secret alliances.

I have placed these players on my ignore list.

Yes, very suspicious, in more ways than one -- At the time of my report a few weeks ago, General Quarters had the highest average points-per-game win rate of everyone in CC.

I was doing some searching to study from the masters & found a strategy that worked quite well for General Quarters, but not one that I'd care to adopt.
